WDNA
WDNA run a development program for Association Championships, details can be found at https://wdna.net.au/tact/
WDNA also have a Metro League program, details can be found at https://wdna.net.au/programs/metro-league/
Umpire Development
JNA run a Green Shirt program once a year
QDNC offer places to our 13u athletes (or those on waitlists from previous years). The program works towards umpire accreditation and the opportunity to umpire at JNA. Each year, we are allocated a certain number of places and so players are required to submit expressions of interest and then work through a selection process. For further information please contact
WDNA also offer our players the opportunity to apply for a Green Shirt program or their Umpiring Academy (for qualified umpires). For further information see below link:
Our Umpire coordinator provides support to our umpire team, rostering the games and providing on the tools training and guidance up at the courts. Umpires have a clear pathway for their development and accreditation and we have seen many of our umpires obtain their C badge

Coach Development
The club provides fully funded training for our coaches to be equipped with the skills they need.
We require all of our coaches to take the Netball WA Foundation course
We recommend all our 12&U and above coaches take the Netball WA Development course
Coach pathways for Netball WA are shown below.
The club has two Development Coordinators who provide support to our coaches all through the season. This includes initial onboarding, ongoing mentoring, supporting with training sessions if required and ensuring our coaches have access to training plans. The club funds a netball training drill platform (sports plan app or thenetballcoach.com) which gives coaches access to 100s of drills and training plans.
