All registrations and payments must be completed online through MyNetball following a directive from Netball Australia (see links and more info under). You will need your MyNetball login details to complete this process or see under if you need to create a new MyNetball login. On-line registrations must be accompanied with full payment.

QDNC Policies

Registration Dates

NetSetGo players age 6 years to 10 years of age can register between 15 December 2020 and 27th February 2021. 11 years of age and over players can register between 15 December 2020 and 7th February 2021.

Late registrations will be considered if there are places available within the relevant age group, but not guaranteed.

Dates of Birth that determine age groups:

U7 & U8 (Set) – DOB 2014, 2013

U9 & U10 (GO)- DOB 2012, 2011

U11 – Junior – DOB 2010

U12 – Junior – DOB 2009

U13 – Junior – DOB 2008

U17 – Junior – DOB 2004-2007

Opens – Senior DOB 2003 and prior

MyNetball Login Registration instructions

Returning members

Enter Login ID (email address, not your child’s Netball ID number) and password. If you have forgotten your login details please click on ‘Forgotten Login Details?’

New members

Cllick on the orange ‘Continue' button under 'Don’t have a login ID’, complete Basic Participant Details, click Orange ‘Search’ button.
‘Create new account’ to enter new registrant’s details or if the child’s name is listed, click on orange ‘Forgot Password’.
Choose the appropriate Registration Product suitable for your child’s date of birth, and press orange ‘continue’ button.
Complete child’s details and parent details, press orange ‘continue’ button.
Complete payment section.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you listed and our registrar.
If registering a NetSetGO player you will receive a Participants pack (training top and netball) in the mail.
If you are grading you will be contacted in January to confirm the grading dates and process. If you are not grading, you will be contacted during March, when you will receive an email from the club confirming teams, training and all other information you require. Please look out on our Facebook page for other important information.

New Member Options

Grading Opt Out for Social Only Players

For the first time this year, we will have an option through registration for existing members age 11-Opens to opt out of grading should their preference to play in a mixed ability group with less emphasis on performance and more on participation and social benefits. All new players 11 years and over will need to attend grading, further details will follow but our grading days will be held on 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th February 2021 (you will only need to attend two sessions). Of course, existing players who want to continue with their netball development and play with like ability players are strongly encouraged to attend grading.

Fundraising Opt Out

All players are encouraged to participate in Fundraising for the club. Our fundraising events will be held at various intervals throughout the season, Fundraising can often provide an opportunity for players and parents to network with others in the club and give back to our volunteer run club. If you do not feel you will be able to participate and contribute to our fundraising initiatives, we have given an option to “Opt Out of Fundraising”. You will see this option at registration and the fee of $40 will be payable at registration in addition to the above fees.

Payment Methods

Full payment must be made at the time of online registration via MyNetball Online Registration via debit/credit cards. Please note that credit card payments will incur a surcharge.

Kidsport Vouchers

Kidsport enables eligible Western Australian children aged 5 to 18 years to participate in community sport by offering them financial assistance of up to $150 per calendar year towards club fees. Applicant must be aged 5 to 18 years. Applicant must be named on a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, with their individual Centrelink Client Reference Number (CRN) clearly displayed on the uploaded card. If you are eligible for KidSport you should register with your local government before registering your child with Quinns Districts Netball Club. Please follow this link to apply :

Once you have applied for KidSport please contact our registrar and provide your Kidsport voucher code.

When completing the MyNetball QDNC online registration form please select both products, i.e. “Kidsport Voucher” plus appropriate “age group product“. If both aren’t ticked the $150 discount will not apply to your child’s registration.

Should you need to withdraw your registration, please inform the Registrar immediately via email –

Registration & Payment Policy
Refunds (minus $50 deposit) may be available depending on whether registrations have been closed, affiliation fees have been paid and the reason for the withdrawal. The QDNC Committee will make final decisions on withdrawals using our policy.
